Lucía Ferreiro Prado
B.A in Journalism (University of Navarra, 2005), master in International Relations and Communication (Complutense University of Madrid, 2006) and specialist in International Security (2007). She obtained her PhD at Rey Juan Carlos University (2011) with a dissertation entitled: International Migrations and cultural influence. Her lines of research are culture in International Relations, migrations and democracy promotion. Dykinson has just published her first book: Spaniards and Moroccans living together. The impact of migrations in intercultural relations (2014) Lucía has been a visiting fellow at SOAS (London), CEMAT (Tunisia) and a Carnegie visiting scholar at Northeastern University (Boston). In London, she was inspired by the Brilliant Club, a charity devoted to teaching university level courses to A level students. When she came back, she decided to set up Cum Laude School, applying this idea to the Spanish context and providing other educational services. Bilingual in English, she has medium- level of French and a B1 in German.
